Sore sore sore.
My trainer is trying to teach me a lesson about getting my mind to SHUT UP and stop making my workouts harder on myself.  My teaching me that lesson - I can barely walk.  Our workout on Tuesday was the most intense and I was sure I was going to die. Spin Me Right Round...
Guys - I did it! I took a spinning class last night!  I wanted to quit 4 minutes into it but kept going.  The class was an hour long and tho I didn’t “up” the resistance too much - I did my best! But today, I’m walking like I went horsebackriding for hours yesterday. Does your butt ever get used to those little seats?

I'm Back! Miss me?
I’m back from my WEEK LONG vacation to Las Vegas. I had a very very good time with my boyfriend, my mom, and our friends.  It was a very long week but we were able to go see Cirque’s Love (my 2nd time seeing it) and Garth Brooks. The Strength?
I was up until about 3am last night/this morning and so waking up at 9:30 was not fun. It took all I had to get to the gym to meet my trainer at 2:30.  But you know what?  I did it! Get In My Belly!

Half Moon Bay
Boyfriend and I got home this afternoon from Half Moon Bay.  We had a great two days of relaxation.  We got massages, hung out in the hotel hot tub, ate good (but so bad!) foods. I’m down two days in the month already with no mileage so tomorrow - I’ll have to get some in. For now the pups need baths and I need to get to bed - how did it get to be midnight so fast? Sweatin' Like a Crazy Person!

Hey - Laundry Counts, Ok?!
I’ve been dragging ass the last few days because my naps during the day are totally throwing off my sleeping pattern.  Not good. Just Another Day in Trainingdise

Good News - December 100 Folks!
Hey guys! I am so happy to let you know that I am a few days away (maybe even sooner!) from launching the new site that will let us set monthly mileage goals and log them as individuals and as a whole team! Wimped thru 2.5 miles on the bike after my excruciating 1 hr with the personal trainer.  Sorry - I don’t have any more in me!
