I leave for the gym to meet with the trainer in 20 minutes.
I’m dreading it.
I notice that I always dread it.
Will it ever get easier?
I found out I’m going to a wedding in June that I would love to be able to wear something cute to. Should I use that as a goal? I could lose some serious weight if I give myself 6 months to lose it. If I lose just 5 lbs a month - I would be so near my goal weight.
My mind is all over the place today. Can you tell?
