  1. 4 Miles - I’ll take that!

    Boyfriend and I headed to our local creek trail to get in a nice 4 mile walk/jog.  It was more walk but I’ll take that!  According to my BodyBugg - I got up to 8.6 cal per minute.  That’s pretty motivational to me to PUSH myself!  I think I just got too pooped out after my personal training workout yesterday.  I was also up late last night (like 4 am. yikes.) and still on my TOM so I’ll take the 4 miles and the 539 calories I burned going those 4 miles.

    I’m a little disappointed that I won’t be reaching 100 miles at the end of the month.  I do, however, plan on keeping my 100 mile goal for January.  I know I can do it - so I’m just going to try, try again!

    I’m seeing the personal trainer on Thursday at 11am.  On Friday, Boyfriend and I are headed to Half Moon Bay for a romantic 2 day vacation.  I’m really looking forward to that.  Couples massages FTW!

    I’m a little sad that it’s another year that my resolution will be to get in shape/lose weight.  The only difference this time is that I’m already a step ahead of the game.  I don’t give myself enough credit I think.
