Hey - Laundry Counts, Ok?!
I’ve been dragging ass the last few days because my naps during the day are totally throwing off my sleeping pattern. Not good.
Today I got up and did about 8 loads of laundry. I was so tired and wanted to lounge around when Boyfriend made me go to the gym with him. I did get 4 miles in. I struggled tho. I really wish I could find a machine I liked. I did put the treadmill incline up to the highest it could go and “hiked” my ass off.
Tomorrow I meet with the trainer at 11 am and then I’m planning on getting in some mileage for the last day of the year. I may not be making it to 100 but I’m not going to give up at the end and not make it count.
Also, I just realized that I’ll be 30 in October and I do not want to go into my 30s overweight and so unhappy with myself. I really want to make this year the year I stop self sabotaging my own success.
