Oy vey! So after my morning workout I had a banana and OJ then a medium avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. I think my metabolism is ramped up from all the fitness that I’ll be eating alllll day. Guess it’s not bad as long as I’m not eating junk and not eating a lot.
So now I’m eating my lunch. I work 11am to 8pm today and usually have my “work lunch” around 3pm. Oh well. Guess I’ll eat this now and grab some Subway later if I’m hungry. It’ll all work itself out.
Still amazed with my BodyBugg results from yesterday! Just seeing that number (over 3300 calories burned) makes me want to be even more active so I can lose weight (and let’s be honest… eat more). Nom Nom Nom…
I burn less than 2000 a day, even if I get in a workout. I must be broken. lol
