  1. I FEEL Thinner

    I’m in Day 3 of counting calories and I feel awesome.

    I made a promise to myself that I would try my best to stick with this until Saturday and then I could get a pedicure.

    I will stick with it until February 14 and have a really awesome desert on Valentine’s Day.

    I will stick with it until March and will get myself a new handbag.

    I can do this.

    The scale is going down every day.  I know I’m not supposed to weigh myself every day but it is pretty motivating to see the number go down.

    I also found that using fitday.com to pre-log my food for the day keeps me accountable.  I know what I can eat to meet my calorie limit and I simply cannot step out of that to have a cookie or an ice cream bar.

    I also learned how to have my FAVORITE dinner tonight by limiting my calorie intake for breakfast and lunch today.

    It’s not so bad - this losing weight gig.  I just have to keep it up.  I owe it to myself.
