The Strength?
I was up until about 3am last night/this morning and so waking up at 9:30 was not fun.
It took all I had to get to the gym to meet my trainer at 2:30. But you know what? I did it!
We worked really hard for an hour and I can already tell I’ll even have trouble sitting on the toilet for the next two days (tmi, I know) but I am so proud of myself. It would have been easy to not go, but having a trainer to meet up with is holding me accountable.
I’ve decided to partake in WIW (weigh in Wednesdays) and will post my first loss (hopefully!) on Wednesday morning.
I’m making plans to go to bed at a decent time tonight. I’m hoping to turn off the TV and try to sleep at 10 o’clock after Desperate Housewives.
I have training Tues & Thurs this week before heading off to Vegas from Sunday to Sunday. That’s right - ONE WEEK in Vegas! I’m going to pack my gym clothes and really make good choices.
